Functional Specialist – SAP EWM (I2D)

About the role

We are looking for a Functional Specialist to lead SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions for Intra‑Logistics (I2D) at Bosch. The role combines process expertise with hands‑on configuration, testing and support for plant users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct gap analysis and capture new business requirements for I2D logistics.
• Design, build and deploy SAP EWM solutions, including configuration and functional specifications.
• Support plant key users through unit, integration and UAT testing, data migration and hyper‑care after go‑live.
• Deliver training sessions and provide post‑implementation support.
• Collaborate with the Process Responsible team and PIA Lead to implement process improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior and senior functional consultants and ensure delivery of assigned business requirements.
• Travel domestically and internationally for short‑term assignments (up to 4 weeks).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP EWM 9.5 and S/4HANA Embedded EWM, including at least one year on S/4HANA.
• Proven ability to create functional specifications and support data migration activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills in multicultural environments.
