Functional Specialist – Kinaxis SAP APO/IBP

About the role

We are looking for a Functional Specialist with deep expertise in Kinaxis and SAP APO/IBP to join Bosch's global supply chain team. You will act as the subject‑matter expert for supply planning, sales & operations, and related modules, bridging business needs with technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to capture detailed business requirements and translate them into user stories.
• Collaborate with the IT development team to design, test, and deploy solutions in Kinaxis Maestro.
• Provide key‑user training and act as the single point of contact for Kinaxis Maestro users.
• Maintain end‑to‑end SAP APO business process knowledge and propose optimal Kinaxis alternatives.
• Support process improvement initiatives, validate scopes, and coordinate unit testing and implementation.
• Mentor junior and senior functional consultants and ensure quality of deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Kinaxis supply‑chain solutions and SAP APO/IBP.
• Excellent communication skills, able to work with multicultural teams and present solutions clearly.
• Proven ability to manage project timelines and collaborate across functional and technical groups.
