About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller to join our dynamic team in Ranchi. You will be the front‑line voice of the company, engaging customers over the phone and helping to build lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Handle large volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Follow communication scripts while adapting to unique customer situations.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all conversations in the call‑center database.
- Achieve personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Basic computer literacy and professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Effective time‑management and multitasking skills.
