Full-time Server – Hospitality Venue

About the role

Join The Dressing Room, a bustling hospitality venue in Pune District, as a full-time Server. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming and efficient dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and take food and beverage orders.
• Deliver orders promptly and accurately, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Set up tables, maintain cleanliness of the dining area, and attend to guest needs throughout their visit.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to manage orders, special requests, and resolve service issues.
• Handle billing, process cash and digital payments, and follow restaurant hygiene and safety policies.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a server or in a customer-facing hospitality role (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact courteously with diverse guests and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple tables, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic numeracy and comfort handling cash and digital payment systems accurately.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and restaurant service etiquette.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a professional appearance consistent with venue policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent; formal hospitality training is an advantage.
