Full Stack Python/Django Developer (Remote, Kerala)

About the role

Formis Technologies is seeking a Full Stack Python/Django Developer to join its remote team. The role is focused on building and maintaining web applications and cloud‑based solutions for the company’s HR and ERP products. Candidates must be based in Kerala, India and able to work independently.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and Django.
• Create and document RESTful APIs and integrate them with relational databases.
• Build responsive front‑end interfaces with HTML, CSS and JavaScript frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver features for Formis HR and Formis ERP.
• Participate in code reviews, write automated tests, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Maintain version control using Git and GitHub and ensure best practices in a remote workflow.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of professional experience with Python and Django.
• Strong understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience building responsive layouts and integrating APIs.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and communicate effectively.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
