Full-Stack Marketer – D2C (Performance + Content + Growth)

About the role

We are looking for a Full‑Stack Marketer to own and scale our direct‑to‑consumer growth engine. You will combine performance advertising, high‑impact content creation, and conversion optimisation to drive revenue for physical products sold online.

Key responsibilities

• Run and optimise Meta, Google and YouTube ad campaigns, including product catalogue ads.
• Create high‑converting content for product pages, ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp flows.
• Produce short‑form videos, reels and UGC‑style ads using tools like Canva and CapCut.
• Own product page, checkout and mobile experience optimisation; run A/B tests on pricing, bundles and offers.
• Manage upsells, cross‑sells and post‑purchase flows to improve CAC, ROAS, AOV and repeat purchase rate.
• Build brand trust through reviews, testimonials, social proof and collaborations with creators and micro‑influencers.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience scaling physical products online.
• Deep understanding of consumer buying behaviour and D2C marketing.
• Ability to both create and distribute content with ownership and accountability.
