Full Stack Development Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Development Trainer to join upGrad’s Offline Learning Centres in Bhopal. The instructor will deliver six‑day‑a‑week, in‑person classes on Full Stack Development, covering programming fundamentals, data structures & algorithms and the MERN stack, while mentoring learners to build career‑ready skills.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct classroom lectures and hands‑on labs in Java, MongoDB, Express.js, React and Node.js.
• Guide students through case studies, projects and coding exercises to ensure deep understanding.
• Collaborate with centre managers and academic teams to track learner progress and outcomes.
• Provide doubt‑clearing sessions, mentorship and career‑readiness support.
• Continuously refresh course material to reflect the latest industry trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of teaching or training experience in Full Stack Development or related fields.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Passion for technology education and learner success.

Required skills

• Java programming.
• Data Structures & Algorithms.
• MERN stack – MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js.
