Full Stack Developer (AI-Augmented Engineering)

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who builds across the entire stack and treats AI as a core part of the development process. You will ship end‑to‑end features while using AI coding assistants and large language models to accelerate delivery and improve quality. The role combines traditional full‑stack engineering with the design of AI‑augmented workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship full‑stack features including responsive front‑ends, robust back‑ends, APIs and data layers.
• Use AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) for scaffolding, refactoring, test generation, debugging and code review.
• Integrate LLM‑powered features such as chat interfaces, retrieval‑augmented generation, agentic workflows and tool/function calling.
• Write clear prompts and specifications for AI tools and decide when to switch to hand‑written code.
• Maintain high standards for correctness, security and maintainability of all shipped code.
• Design and consume REST/GraphQL APIs, manage relational and/or vector databases, and handle authentication, caching and background jobs.
• Own deployment pipelines, observability, and cloud infrastructure reliability.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to turn ideas into production quickly, using AI to compress the concept‑to‑prototype cycle.
• Help establish responsible AI usage practices, including review standards and guardrails against hallucinated code.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience building production web applications across the full stack.
• Strong proficiency with a modern frontend framework (React, Next.js, Vue or similar) and a backend language/runtime (Node.js/TypeScript, Python, Go or similar).
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), API design and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure).
• Hands‑on experience using AI coding tools in real development work and the ability to discuss their impact.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic or similar), including prompting and handling non‑deterministic output.
• Strong engineering judgment to critically review AI‑generated code and ensure security and performance.
• Bias for shipping while maintaining attention to code quality.
