Full Lifecycle Recruiter – Stores Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Full Lifecycle Recruiter – Stores Talent Acquisition will join Amazon’s Global HR team on a contract basis, working on‑site five days a week. The role is responsible for end‑to‑end talent acquisition across multiple store teams, partnering with hiring managers to deliver high‑quality hires.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring teams to design and execute effective recruitment strategies that meet business hiring needs.
• Source, engage and assess both active and passive candidates, ensuring a strong fit with role requirements and motivation.
• Conduct thorough screening and interviews, delivering an ideal candidate slate within agreed timelines.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive market research and relationship management.
• Communicate consistently with hiring managers and interview panels to ensure a smooth interview process.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and act as an advocate throughout the hiring journey.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics, meeting service level agreements and internal SLAs.
• Participate in special projects such as improving interview techniques and identifying top performers for senior openings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of full‑time experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Proven ability to own and execute the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize multiple searches against tight timelines.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, innovative environment and delivering results.
