Full Lifecycle Recruiter – AWS Recruiting

About the role

Amazon Web Services is seeking a customer‑focused Full Lifecycle Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. You will partner with Sourcers, Recruiting Coordinators and hiring managers to source, assess and close top technical talent for AWS business units.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring teams to design and execute effective sourcing, assessment and closing strategies.
• Maintain a pipeline of technical candidates through proactive market research and relationship management.
• Conduct in‑depth candidate interviews and align with hiring manager preferences to achieve high offer‑to‑interview ratios.
• Recommend and implement recruitment ideas and process improvements that support long‑term growth.
• Develop written recruitment plans with clear deliverables, timelines and tracking mechanisms.
• Participate in special projects, including best‑practice assessments, internal talent sourcing and senior‑level hiring initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of technical recruiting experience in a high‑volume, high‑bar environment.
• Proven ability to partner with hiring teams and manage expectations.
• Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
