Frontend Engineer – React (Bangalore)

About the role

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to build and own production‑ready features for a cloud‑based tutoring platform serving thousands of businesses. You will work closely with product and design to turn requirements into clean, performant UI that directly impacts our users.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive frontend features using React and modern JavaScript.
• Translate product specifications into functional UI components with minimal back‑and‑forth.
• Integrate the frontend with REST APIs and manage async data flows for scheduling, payments, and reporting.
• Debug and resolve UI issues across browsers and devices, ensuring root‑cause fixes.
• Own features from development through release and post‑launch monitoring.
• Continuously improve performance, accessibility, and code quality.

Required profile

• 3+ years of production experience building applications with React.
• Strong JavaScript fundamentals (closures, async/await, event loop, ES6+).
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive layout techniques.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs and handling async data.
• Available to work onsite full‑time in Bangalore.
