Frontend Developer (JavaScript/React)

About the role

We are seeking a Frontend Engineer (JavaScript/React) to design and build intuitive, high-quality user interfaces for our applications at BASF India Limited. The role focuses on creating responsive, maintainable front-end solutions that enhance user experience across our digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using JavaScript and React.
• Build reusable, well-structured UI components and ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and services.
• Translate design concepts into functional, high-quality interfaces.
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Contribute to frontend architecture, best practices, and code reviews.
• Support testing, debugging, and continuous improvement of frontend applications.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in JavaScript and React development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
