About the role

The Front Office Team Leader (Reservations) will oversee the entire guest journey from check‑in to check‑out, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all guests at Hyatt Centric Candolim Goa. This role combines operational leadership with a strong focus on brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee a flawless rooms experience for every guest, from arrival to departure.
• Implement and monitor all mandatory and optional Hyatt brand standards across the front office.
• Welcome regular and VIP guests, managing their reservations, room assignments, and check‑in procedures.
• Drive the Hotel Guest Recognition Programme and ensure its consistent application.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering to keep guest rooms and public spaces in optimal condition.
• Apply the Touches of Hyatt and Rooms Top 20 initiatives throughout the property.
• Analyze Consumer Audit feedback and implement necessary improvements.
• Work closely with other department heads, fostering a collaborative “team‑through” culture.

Required profile

• Graduate degree (any discipline).
• Proven experience in front office or reservations operations within a hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication and guest‑service orientation.
