Front Office Team Leader

About the role

As a Front Office Team Leader at Hyatt Centric Candolim Goa, you will ensure a courteous, professional, and efficient service experience for every guest. You will rotate across Rooms Division sub‑departments as needed, handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized guest service and resolve issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, balance cash reports, and manage remittance envelopes.
• Update room allocations, monitor special guest requirements, and maintain regular contact with long‑stay and suite guests.
• Execute handovers with clear communication of pending items for the next shift.
• Promote hotel services, facilities, and upselling opportunities.
• Uphold grooming, hygiene, and professional standards at all times.
• Support supervisors and collaborate with all hotel departments.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
