About the role

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Office Receptionist to join a resort in Manori, Mumbai. The role is the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

Manage guest check‑ins, check‑outs and reservations efficiently.
Address guest queries, requests and concerns with a positive attitude.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to guarantee seamless service.
Maintain accurate front‑office records, daily logs and reports.
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay.

Required profile

Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Prior front‑desk or hospitality experience is a plus; fresh graduates from hotel institutes are welcome.
Fluent in English and Hindi; Marathi is an advantage.
Warm, presentable, calm under pressure and able to multitask.
Based in or willing to commute from Malad, Borivali, Kandivali, Goregaon, Dahisar, Mira Road or Manori.
