Front Office Receptionist (Full-Time)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Front Office Receptionist for our Mysuru property. As the first point of contact for guests, you will create a warm first impression and support smooth front‑office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and manage check‑in/check‑out efficiently.
• Handle room reservations, cancellations and modifications.
• Answer multi‑line phone calls, respond to inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
• Process payments, maintain accurate guest records and handle billing.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized and professional.
• Perform basic administrative tasks using hotel management systems and MS Office.

Required profile

• Fluency in English, Hindi and Kannada (spoken and written); additional languages a plus.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in front‑office or receptionist roles in hospitality preferred.
• Formal training in hotel management is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be based in Mysuru.
