Front Office Manager

About the role

Postcard Hotels is looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the front desk team across its luxury hotels and resorts. You will be responsible for delivering a seamless, personalised guest journey from arrival to departure while upholding the brand’s high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Office operations, including check‑ins, check‑outs, room allocation, billing and VIP handling.
• Maintain exceptional service standards and ensure every guest interaction is thoughtful and memorable.
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Reservations and other departments to guarantee smooth operations.
• Lead, coach and develop the Front Office team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Handle guest feedback, service recovery and any concerns with discretion and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with Postcard Hotels’ SOPs, service standards and operational procedures.
• Support the General Manager and senior leadership in achieving guest satisfaction and business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hotel or resort environments.
• Previous role as Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager or similar leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of luxury guest service and Front Office operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Warm, confident and discreet approach to guest interactions.
• Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented and passionate about hospitality.
• Demonstrated career stability and progressive growth within previous organisations.
