Front Office Executive – Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a Front Office Executive who will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors at a leading healthcare organization in Mumbai. The role involves managing the reception area, handling appointments, and providing courteous service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and clients professionally.
• Manage patient appointments, registrations and maintain accurate front‑desk records.
• Answer, screen and direct incoming telephone calls.
• Coordinate with doctors, laboratory staff and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Handle basic billing inquiries and perform administrative tasks such as data entry.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and ensure patient satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑moving environment.
• Prior exposure to a hospital, clinic or diagnostic centre is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Basic computer knowledge and data‑entry capability.
