About the role

We are seeking a polished Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for RK Group. The role involves greeting visitors, handling calls and ensuring the reception area reflects a professional image.

Key responsibilities

Welcome and manage visitors, guests, and vendors at the front desk.
Answer incoming calls, route them to appropriate departments, and take messages.
Maintain accurate visitor logs and coordinate appointments with internal teams.
Oversee courier and dispatch activities, ensuring timely delivery and collection.
Perform front‑desk administrative tasks and support basic office administration as needed.
Keep the reception area tidy and presentable at all times.

Required profile

1–2 years of experience in a front office, receptionist or guest‑relations role.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of Kannada or Hindi is a plus.
Well‑groomed, professional appearance with a courteous and patient attitude.

Required skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
