About the role
We are looking for a Front Office Executive to greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner, manage communications, and support office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage and direct incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for executives and staff.
- Ensure the front office area is tidy, presentable, and equipped with necessary supplies.
- Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to the general administration team.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues or direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with regulations in all front office activities.
- Provide support during company events and meetings as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor's Degree
- Diploma in computer
