Front Office Executive

About the role

We’re looking for a warm, confident and people‑first Front Office Executive who can make guests feel at home from the moment they arrive. The role is based at our hotel in Balewadi High Street, Pune and involves welcoming guests, handling check‑ins and check‑outs, and ensuring a smooth stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, handle check‑ins/check‑outs and manage reservations.
• Handle guest requests, queries and complaints with ownership and empathy.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage and other teams to ensure a smooth stay.
• Provide local recommendations and help guests make the most of Pune.
• Handle calls, WhatsApp enquiries, payments and basic front‑office documentation.
• Proactively spot guest needs and solve problems rather than simply passing them on.
• Maintain a welcoming, lively and professional front desk environment.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking English, Hindi and preferably Marathi.
• Hospitality experience is preferred, but the right attitude matters more than a fancy CV.
• Comfortable working shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Warm, observant, solution‑oriented and genuinely enjoys meeting people.
