About the role
We are seeking a presentable, confident, and service‑oriented Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for parents, prospective families, visitors, and guests at our international school in Jaipur. The role combines reception management, telecalling, and administrative support for the Admissions team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the school reception, greet visitors, and handle all incoming calls professionally.
- Make outbound calls to prospective parents, follow up on admissions enquiries, and record outcomes in the MIS.
- Provide a warm and courteous experience for parents and visitors, directing them to the appropriate department.
- Support the Admissions team with record‑keeping, data entry, and documentation management.
- Coordinate appointments, school visits, and counselling sessions between prospective families and academic staff.
Required profile
- Excellent English communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
