About the role
The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the reception desk and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations at the front office. This role provides a professional and welcoming environment for visitors, employees and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage the front‑desk and telephone switchboard, answering and routing calls.
- Ensure the reception area is staffed and fully functional during office hours.
- Handle conference and meeting‑room bookings efficiently.
- Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Oversee ordering of business cards, purchase orders, invoice tracking and office supplies.
- Maintain the housekeeping and professional upkeep of the reception area.
- Coordinate with security personnel and support emergency procedures.
- Provide administrative support to other office functions as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in a front‑office, receptionist or customer‑facing role within a corporate environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional demeanor with discretion handling sensitive information.
- Customer‑service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
