Front Line Officer – Employee Benefits (PF/ESI)

About the role

The Front Line Officer – Time Office will manage Provident Fund (PF), Pension, EDLI and related statutory compliance operations. The role ensures accurate processing, timely settlements and full adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end PF operations, including issuance of PF, special and non‑recoverable loans, preparation of loan vouchers, statements and monthly reconciliation.
• Handle pension‑related claims, prepare and submit EPFO forms, manage UAN generation, and ensure prompt processing of withdrawals, transfers and death cases.
• Coordinate with EPFO officials, PF Trust, auditors and internal departments to maintain 100% statutory compliance and KYC updates.
• Prepare and upload monthly ECR, update Non‑Contributory Period days, and submit required documents to RPFC and PF Trust.
• Maintain complete records of pension, PF and EDLI transactions for audit readiness and facilitate annual PF inspections.

Required profile

• Experience in managing PF, Pension, EDLI and statutory compliance operations.
• Ability to coordinate with EPFO, PF Trust, auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate calculations, documentation and regulatory adherence.
• Capability to achieve 100% KYC compliance, complete E‑Nomination and meet inspection requirements.
