Front Line Manager / Assistant Manager – Senior Engineer

About the role

The Front Line Manager will supervise shift operations of a value stream at Bosch's Bidadi plant, ensuring smooth production flow and adherence to safety, quality and performance standards. This role combines leadership of shop‑floor associates with continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Organise production setup according to schedule and assign tasks to associates.
• Follow standard procedures, BPS and work instructions to meet SQCD targets.
• Conduct and document safety, quality and shop‑floor checks (LPC) each shift.
• Record and summarise shift events such as attendance, breakdowns, quality issues and hand over to the next shift.
• Maintain IR and shop‑floor discipline, manage deviations and drive continuous improvement.
• Track production performance and ensure First Pass Yield (FPY) meets standards.

Required profile

• Proven ability to supervise shift operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in managing and motivating shop‑floor teams.
• Capability to mentor entry‑level associates and coach development.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and adherence to standards.
