Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients visiting our hearing care clinic in Mumbai. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures a smooth and welcoming experience for patients and supports the daily operations of the clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients, manage check‑ins and check‑outs, and guide visitors through clinic procedures.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using the clinic’s management system.
• Maintain accurate patient records, logs, and correspondence.
• Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and handling mail.
• Coordinate with audiologists and other team members to support clinical workflows.
• Address customer concerns professionally and maintain a clean, organized reception area.

Required profile

• Strong reception and clerical abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent phone etiquette and clear communication skills.
• Solid customer‑service orientation and a professional demeanor.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to handle confidential information with empathy.
• High school diploma or equivalent; office‑administration certification is a plus.
• Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or front‑desk role is preferred but not mandatory.
