About the role
We are seeking a professional, customer‑focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a positive impression for all visitors, candidates and employees in a dynamic corporate environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, candidates, and employees.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor registrations.
- Coordinate interview candidates and book meeting rooms.
- Handle courier, mail, and basic administrative duties.
- Maintain an organized and presentable reception area.
- Support HR and Administration with day‑to‑day operations.
Required profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in reception, front office, administration, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and a customer‑first attitude.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
