Front Desk Receptionist – Hospitality

About the role

WelcomHeritage Akashganga Heritage Hills Resort & Spa is seeking a professional and presentable Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests. You will ensure smooth check‑in/check‑out processes and deliver a warm, memorable hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and visitors with a courteous and welcoming attitude.
• Handle guest check‑in and check‑out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and manage reservation requests.
• Provide information on resort facilities, room availability, and services.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, restaurant, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain guest records, booking details, visitor logs, and daily front‑office reports.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in hotel, resort, or hospitality front‑office operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Competence in handling email correspondence.
