Front Desk Receptionist – Customer Service & Administration

About the role

We are seeking a professional and well‑organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at Crestford Realty. The role combines customer service, administrative support, and coordination of meetings in a fast‑moving real‑estate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Handle incoming calls and enquiries professionally.
• Manage reception area, visitor logs and coordinate appointments.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings for internal teams and external clients.
• Maintain basic office records, documentation and support day‑to‑day administration.
• Assist with data entry, communication tasks and liaison between clients and internal staff.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and presentable appearance.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates with good communication skills are welcome; prior front‑desk or hospitality experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in basic computer applications, especially MS Office.
