About the role

The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for clients at the Sion clinic, managing reception, appointments, billing, and follow‑up activities. This role ensures a smooth and welcoming experience for patients while supporting overall clinic operations.

Key responsibilities

Greet clients and manage appointment scheduling.
Handle billing, payments, and related financial transactions.
Conduct follow‑up calls and lead generation activities.
Perform front‑desk administrative tasks and maintain records.
Coordinate client inquiries and provide support throughout their visit.

Required profile

Good communication skills, preferably in English.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Pleasant personality with a strong customer‑service orientation.
Prior experience (1–5 years) in front‑desk, reception, or billing roles.

Salary range of ₹2.5 – ₹3.5 LPA.
Six‑day work schedule (9:45 AM – 7:00 PM).
