Front Desk Executive – Receptionist (Healthcare)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for clients at our aesthetic and trichology clinic. You will manage client flow, handle billing, schedule appointments, and support administrative tasks in a fast‑paced medical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients, check appointments, retrieve records, and escort them to consultation or treatment areas.
• Generate accurate bills for services and product sales, handle cash, card, and digital payments, and ensure daily collections are closed.
• Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations via phone and WhatsApp, confirming doctor, technician, room, and equipment availability.
• Facilitate video consultations and send reminders to clients.
• Return missed calls promptly, maintain weekly missed‑call counts, and conduct follow‑up and promotional calls as per scripts.

Required profile

• Female candidates only.
• Strong communication skills; English proficiency preferred.
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Experience of 1–5 years in a similar front‑desk or receptionist role.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.

What we offer

• Salary range: ₹2.5 – 3.5 LPA.
• Six‑day work week (no weekly off on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).
• Working hours: 9:45 AM – 7:00 PM.
• Location: A‑40, Guru Virjanand Marg, A‑Block, Vikaspuri, New Delhi, 110018 (near Axis Bank).
