French‑Speaking Customer Service Associate

About the role

WNS Global Services is seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused professionals to join its Mumbai contact centre as French‑speaking Customer Service Associates. You will be the first point of contact for French‑language customers, delivering high‑quality support across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and other channels in French and English.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and courteous tone.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system with attention to detail.
• Achieve quality, productivity and customer‑satisfaction targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluency in French (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar support role is preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work rotational shifts if needed.
