French Team Leader – BPO (Thane)

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Team Leader to manage a customer support group within our travel and ticketing BPO operations in Thane. The role is full‑time, on‑site and involves overseeing a team that handles French‑language inquiries while meeting key performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve SLA, AHT, CSAT and other performance metrics.
• Coach, mentor and conduct performance reviews for team members.
• Handle escalated customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and send daily attendance reports to operations management.
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO environment.
• At least 3 years of experience as a customer support agent, preferably in travel or ticketing.
• Fluency in French (C1) and good command of English.
• Strong leadership, team‑management and KPI‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in French language (C1 level).
• Good English communication skills.
