French Payroll Processing Analyst

About the role

This position is responsible for managing French payroll operations across multiple countries on a monthly basis. The analyst ensures accurate processing of employee pay, compliance with tax regulations, and timely communication with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update employee pay changes such as bank details, bonuses, and absences in accordance with company policy and approval levels.
• Execute the monthly payroll run and submit it for final approval.
• Respond to employee and business queries related to payroll.
• Prepare and submit tax filings and third‑party payments.
• Participate in basic testing of payroll regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in French payroll processing.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Comfortable operating in an international, matrix‑style environment.
• French language proficiency is preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced competency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with SAP (preferred).
