French Language Manager

About the role
We are looking for a French Language Manager to lead French‑speaking initiatives, ensure high‑quality communication and support ad‑hoc business needs across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Provide fluent oral and written French communication for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support ad‑hoc business requirements and meet tight deadlines.
- Deliver strong customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Analyze situations and make informed decisions.
- Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Work business‑aligned shifts and adapt to new processes or systems.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 + years of full‑time professional experience.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration or management.
- French language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Willingness to work shifts and embrace change.
Required skills
- Fluent French (oral and written).
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent customer‑service orientation.
