French Language Interpreter (Remote, Full-time)

About the role

We are seeking a French Language Interpreter to join a multinational company on a permanent, work‑from‑home basis. The role involves providing accurate, real‑time interpretation between French and English during telephone and video interactions for customers and partners worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret spoken communication from English to French and French to English with precision.
• Maintain neutrality and confidentiality while handling diverse customer queries.
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines for all interactions.
• Participate in scheduled shifts, including night and rotational day shifts as required.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 12th grade, diploma, or any graduate degree.
• Language certification: B2 level French (or B1 with at least 6 months experience) or a degree in French language.
• Open to freshers as well as candidates with relevant experience.
• Willingness to work five days a week with two rotational days off.

Required skills

• Fluent spoken French (B2 or higher) and excellent spoken English.
• Strong listening and comprehension abilities.
• Effective communication and neutral interpretation style.
