French Language Expert – Voice Support

About the role

We are seeking a French Language Expert to join our client’s voice support team in Bangalore. The role involves handling French‑speaking customer interactions through phone and delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end French voice and customer support interactions.
• Provide professional, empathetic resolutions to customer queries in French.
• Maintain B2 or C1 certification standards in all verbal and written communications.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance the language workflow.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure high satisfaction.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in French voice processes or call‑center environments.
• Certified French proficiency at B2 or C1 level.
• Ability to join within 30 days of offer.
• Based in Bangalore (or willing to work onsite).
