French Faculty & Academic Coordinator (2 positions)

About the role

La Forêt Education is seeking two experienced French Faculty members who will also take on academic coordination responsibilities at its Ahmedabad centre. The role combines classroom teaching with managing schedules, digital platforms and supporting the institute’s online presence. It is a full‑time, on‑site position with flexible working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality offline French lessons to students at the Ahmedabad centre.
• Host live doubt‑clearing sessions on YouTube and design interactive online activities to boost engagement.
• Monitor daily schedules and Google Classroom for the academic team, ensuring smooth operations.
• Onboard students onto the Prep My Future platform, activate accounts and perform regular classroom audits.
• Create and format worksheets, study materials and other resources for different batches.
• Collaborate with the in‑house social‑media team to align academic content with marketing initiatives.
• Collect and manage Google Reviews to enhance the institute’s online reputation.

Required profile

• Minimum DELF B2 certification or an M.A. in French.
• At least 2 years of experience in French language teaching and academic administration.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities to handle simultaneous teaching and coordination tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Google Classroom, Sheets, Drive).
• Experience using digital learning portals, specifically Prep My Future.
• Familiarity with YouTube Live for live instructional sessions.
