French-English Interpreter – Remote (Work from Home)

About the role

We are seeking a fluent French‑English Interpreter to join our multinational client’s customer support team. This full‑time, work‑from‑home position involves providing accurate, real‑time interpretation during telephone and video calls between English‑speaking and French‑speaking participants.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret spoken communication from English to French and vice‑versa during live calls.
• Listen attentively, ask clarifying questions when needed, and maintain neutrality.
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
• Adhere to shift schedules, including an initial three‑month night‑shift period followed by rotational shifts.

Required profile

• Minimum B2 certification in French (or B1 with at least 6 months experience) or a UG/PG degree in French.
• Excellent English speaking skills (mandatory).
• Education up to 12th grade, diploma, or any graduate degree.
• Freshers and candidates with experience are welcome.
