Freelance Strength Trainer for Seniors (Bengaluru)

About the role

We are seeking freelance strength trainers to deliver personalized home‑based strength sessions for senior clients (45+) across Bengaluru. Trainers will work directly with adults managing health conditions, helping them improve mobility, strength, and overall wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct three home‑visit training sessions per week (alternating days), totaling 12 sessions per month.
• Design and deliver strength‑training programs tailored to each senior’s health status and goals.
• Monitor progress, adjust workouts, and maintain records of client outcomes.
• Provide clear guidance on safe exercise techniques for older adults.
• Share documented transformation stories and results from previous senior clients.

Required profile

• Professional experience training seniors and clients with health issues.
• Proven track record of measurable results in senior strength training.
• Not a beginner – must hold relevant certifications or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel to multiple neighbourhoods in Bengaluru for home visits.
