Freelance Legal Advisor for AI Evaluation

About the role

We are looking for a freelance Legal Advisor to support our AI‑driven legal evaluation projects. You will assess AI‑generated legal outputs, review contracts and regulatory documents, and provide expert feedback to improve our legal intelligence systems.

Key responsibilities

• Create deliverables that address common legal and regulatory scenarios.
• Review and evaluate AI‑generated legal research, analyses, and documentation.
• Assess AI outputs for legal accuracy, logical reasoning, completeness, and consistency.
• Analyze contracts, agreements, policies, compliance materials, and regulatory documents.
• Identify legal risks, interpretation issues, compliance gaps, and factual inaccuracies in AI‑generated content.
• Provide structured feedback to enhance AI performance in legal and compliance workflows.
• Support projects involving legal research, policy analysis, compliance reviews, and regulatory interpretation.
• Review peer‑developed deliverables and contribute to quality‑assurance processes.
• Contribute domain expertise to improve AI systems focused on legal intelligence and operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent qualification.
• 3+ years of experience as a Legal Advisor, Counsel, Advocate, Legal Associate, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of legal research, contract analysis, compliance procedures, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience reviewing legal documents, contracts, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with corporate law, commercial contracts, governance, and litigation support.
• Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and legal reasoning skills.
• Outstanding written English communication abilities.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI‑generated legal outputs and pinpoint reasoning gaps or inaccuracies.
• Capability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment.
