About the role

Axxeluss Mavens is seeking experienced freelance trainers in Ahmedabad to deliver high‑energy, experiential learning sessions for corporate and educational clients. The role focuses on facilitating interactive workshops that drive skill development and behavioral change.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver 2‑hour to full‑day training programs on topics such as communication, customer service, emotional intelligence, leadership, and professional effectiveness.
• Engage audiences of 25‑100 participants using activity‑based, experiential methods.
• Adapt training materials to suit corporate or educational environments.
• Collect feedback and continuously improve session content and delivery style.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional training or facilitation experience.
• Proven ability to engage diverse audiences and manage group dynamics.
• Strong professional presence and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable sharing a short video demonstration of facilitation style as part of the selection process.
