Forward Deployed Value Acceleration Consultant (Life Sciences AI)

About the role

Salesforce is hiring a Forward Deployed (Value Acceleration) Consultant / Senior Consultant for its Life Sciences AI team in Bangalore. The role sits at the intersection of customer engagement and AI-native platform delivery, designing, implementing and optimizing automated business process solutions ("Blueprints") with Agentforce and Life Sciences Cloud (LSC). It owns the roadmap and feature lifecycle of reusable accelerators that deliver measurable value to Life Sciences customers, working with customer-facing teams, engineering, GDC delivery resources and design.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Life Sciences process blueprints and AI-native accelerators, and manage their feature lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration
• Identify manual processes and automation opportunities in HCP/HCO engagement, field force, clinical operations and revenue cycle
• Partner with customer-facing leaders to map requirements and build solution blueprints and workflow automations with Agentforce and LSC, validated against customer acceptance criteria
• Translate requirements into PRDs, user stories and technical acceptance criteria; manage the product backlog and sprints with Agile methods
• Document solution architecture, demonstrations and implementation guidelines, including Steel Thread validation for go-live readiness
• Run user interviews and quantitative analysis, acting as the voice of the Life Sciences customer to Product Engineering
• Work with Engineering and Design, give feedback to Product Managers, and support rollout and enablement with Hub teams, GDC delivery resources and SI partners (Deloitte, Slalom and others)

Required profile

• 3 to 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Process Automation, Business Analysis or Solutions Consulting
• Experience building or deploying external-facing products in enterprise B2B SaaS environments
• Strong understanding of workflow mapping, process modeling and process improvement, applied in Life Sciences or a regulated industry
• Proven ability to turn business requirements into structured automated workflows
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and experience collaborating with virtual, global cross-functional teams

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with automation tools, workflow builders, AI prompting or low/no-code platforms
• Preferred: Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC), Agentforce, prompt design, and knowledge of APIs, platform services and Data Cloud
• Preferred: Life Sciences regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g. GxP, HIPAA, GDPR), Lean, Six Sigma or similar certification, and Pharma, Biotech or MedTech background
