Forward Deployed Engineer – Bengaluru (India)

About the role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Commure, you will work directly with healthcare clients to understand their technology needs and help implement customized AI‑driven solutions. Based in Bengaluru, the role requires alignment with US time zones to support our US‑based teams and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation process, integrating Commure’s platform into client environments.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot issues during deployment and integration phases.
• Collaborate with healthcare clients to gather requirements, ensure compliance, and align solutions with patient‑care goals.
• Support development and engineering teams in crafting tailored healthcare solutions.
• Identify and address technical challenges encountered during projects.
• Create and update technical documentation to streamline onboarding and maintenance.
• Stay informed about emerging healthcare technology trends and regulations to propose relevant solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in software engineering or a similar role.
• Foundational knowledge of full‑stack engineering principles and system design.
• Experience building 0‑1 products.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Eagerness to collaborate with clients and adapt to a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
