Food Server

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Food Server to join our team at Barbeque Nation Hospitality Ltd. In this role you will ensure guests enjoy a seamless dining experience by delivering prompt and courteous service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus and assist with selections.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring correct orders.
• Monitor and replenish starters and other items throughout service.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, tables, cutlery and service stations in line with food‑safety standards.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with a positive attitude.

Required profile

• Freshers or candidates with prior experience in restaurant service.
• Minimum education: 10th or 12th grade.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation.
• Basic knowledge of food, beverages and restaurant operations.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining hygiene standards.
