Food Delivery Rider – Flexible Hours in Pune

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our food delivery team in Pune. As a Delivery Rider you will pick up orders from restaurants and deliver them to customers, enjoying flexible start‑up and shut‑down times that let you balance work with personal commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up food orders from partner restaurants and deliver them promptly to customers.
• Ensure all items arrive in perfect condition and handle any special delivery instructions.
• Communicate order status clearly with customers and address any concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, payments, and any issues encountered.
• Follow traffic rules, practice safe riding, and keep your bike clean and well‑maintained.
• Report feedback or delivery problems to management.
• Adhere to Swiggy/Zomato policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Valid bike and driving licence.
• Completed at least 12th grade.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a delivery or courier role.
• Strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Good knowledge of Pune’s local routes.
• Ability to communicate in English or local languages.
