About the role
We are seeking a Food & Beverage Trainer to lead training initiatives for our F&B team, ensuring exceptional service, strict hygiene compliance, and high guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and update training modules for food and beverage operations.
- Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops to staff at all levels.
- Monitor and assess skill improvement, providing feedback and coaching.
- Ensure training aligns with service excellence standards and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and measure effectiveness.
Required profile
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- 2–3 years of experience in training or supervisory roles within the hospitality sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
