Food & Beverage Service Associate (GSA)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Food & Beverage Service Associate (GSA) to join Accor’s hotel team. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service to guests, ensuring tables are set to standards, and supporting smooth opening and closing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing side duties and set tables according to hotel standards.
• Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages at the correct temperature.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, side stations, and adhere to HACCP food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Upsell and cross‑sell menu items and other dining venues to maximize revenue.
• Handle guest requests, remember preferences when possible, and thank guests upon departure.
• Collect and verify food and beverage requisitions, report any complaints or incidents to management.
• Assist other F&B outlets during peak periods and attend all briefings, meetings, and training sessions.

Required profile

• Service‑focused personality with a minimum of 1 year experience in hotel operations.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to wear a clean, complete uniform at all times.
• Good knowledge of hotel fire, life safety, and emergency procedures.
