Food & Beverage Server – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Food & Beverage Server to join the team at a luxury hotel in Bangalore. The role involves delivering high‑quality dining service to guests in both the restaurant and poolside RestoBar, ensuring a memorable culinary experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing side duties, set tables according to hotel standards and maintain side stations.
• Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly, ensuring correct temperature and presentation.
• Apply HACCP and hotel hygiene standards, follow fire and life‑safety procedures, and report any incidents.
• Upsell menu items and promote other hotel outlets to maximise revenue.
• Clear and reset tables quickly, handle stock requisitions and assist other F&B outlets during peak periods.
• Attend briefings, trainings and maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times.

Required profile

• Service‑focused personality with a minimum of 1 year experience in hotel food‑and‑beverage operations.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.
• Ability to work on time, follow procedures and collaborate with team members.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP food safety standards.
• Familiarity with hotel fire and life‑safety emergency procedures.
