Food & Beverage Attendant – Hotel Restaurant

About the role

The Food & Beverage Attendant will join our Udaipur hotel team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests across restaurants, bars, and banquet areas. This full‑time, on‑site position involves direct guest interaction, order handling, and service coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus, and take food and beverage orders.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Set up and clear tables, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas.
• Process bills and payments accurately, using POS systems where applicable.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver orders efficiently.
• Support buffet setups, room service, and special events as required.
• Respond to guest queries, address concerns, and promote menu items and hotel offerings.

Required profile

• Strong Food & Beverage and service skills with knowledge of restaurant operations and dining etiquette.
• Understanding of menu items, ingredients, and hygiene standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, or hospitality service preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Basic numeracy for handling bills and payments.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training or certification is a plus.
• Professional grooming, positive attitude, and willingness to learn brand standards.
